Ultra Solid 19th Century Eight Sided Stool in Original Green Paint sketch of girl 5 1/2" in diameter x

5 1/2" in diameter x 4 5/16" t and in great vintage condition

I just found a small lot of these antique calling

4 5/8" t x 2 3/4" wide and deep

A very sensitive and soulful looking boy I think

Schratter emigrated to the US in 1940

Ultra Solid 19th Century Eight Sided Stool in Original Green Paint sketch of girl 5 1/2" in diameter x(My photos here are not very good but this is a very good stool details give a slightly better sense of the green paint, though still much better in hand, and rich patina of the unpainted top) Anyway, this is one of three stools listed today, which I had to travel to a couple hundred miles to find; I love a great stool but am particular, and (with a nod to Flannery O'Connor), a good stool is hard to find!
