The reside around the edge of the porcelain scrapes off pretty easily should one want to clean this up a bit

Antique Roundish Hooked Wool Roses on Linen carved oak This one makes me happyI like the backside of this about as much as I do the front, and also like it in its presumably unfinished state a table mat I'd guess that never became quite round. I might just pin it straight to the wall from the top corners of the linen, feeling very much like a tactile painting to me. 17 1 4" x 14 7 8" and in very good condition, with a bit of staining to the linen and evident, which to me just adds to a sense of its age and aura.
