I don't know the maker of this small vintage tiger puzzle

just some staining here and there

and what looks like an arrow pointing to the knob on that yellow door as if to signal the beginning of a drama yet to unfold

I've really fallen in love with these old wooden Czechoslovakian "ramp walker" figures

giving it a snuggly softness

I believe this is quite an early carved boot American I believe, and earlyish 19th c. I would guess and I believe it was meant to function as a pipe tamper. I really love the form, very folky and a little awkward, but also with this great high heel. And I especially love the old iron nails that run both down the front and around the
