The finish is round, spicy. The distinctive aroma of the wine is filled with delicious hints of acacia flowers, yellow plum, ripe pear and apple, subtle nuances of citrus and delicate honey tones. The wine goes well with fish dishes, such as cod "en papiyot" (in parchment) with cherry tomatoes and a sprig of verbena.
