Soils transition from clay at 325m to sand at 250m, across steep slopes. Hand harvested, softly pressed, and spontaneously fermented with native yeasts. Aged 67 months on fine lees in stainless steel, with no added sulfur until bottling. The 2024 is floral and salinejasmine, citrus peel, wild herbsframed by freshness and mineral tension
