Approximately 9 months in large 25-hectolitre wooden barrels made of Allier oak (the barrels are roughly 15 years old)
2022 Baias e Enseadas Malvasia Reserva VR Lisboa, Portugal Liguria István on this wine: “A100% Malvasia de Colares grown on limestone soils. Fermented and aged in used burgundy barrels for 9 months.
